When a company sends its managers, engineers or sales teams on a business trip, the car that picks them up says as much about professionalism as the meeting itself. At Legendary Kraków we organize transport for business delegations throughout Małopolska every week — from a single executive picked up at a hotel on Starowiślna, to a 20-person team heading to a plant in the Kraków Special Economic Zone in Niepołomice or Skawina. We know that in this kind of service, being five minutes late is simply not an option.
Delegation transport is different from a standard transfer. It usually involves several stops in one day — hotel, head office, a partner company, maybe a dinner venue in the evening — and often the same driver and vehicle stay with the group for the whole visit. We assign a dedicated, experienced driver who knows the client's schedule, keeps contact with the person responsible for the delegation, and adjusts on the fly if a meeting runs long on ulica Opolska or at Kraków Business Park. For foreign guests arriving from abroad, we regularly handle transfers from Kraków-Balice Airport and, when flight connections work out better, from Katowice-Pyrzowice — including the roughly 1.5–2 hour drive along the A4 and DK94, planned with a time buffer for the notorious traffic jams near Jaworzno and Mysłowice.
Taxi apps and self-drive rentals might look cheaper on paper, but delegations rarely need "a ride" — they need a transport partner who understands the itinerary. With our 8-seat vans we comfortably move a small management team with laptops and luggage; for larger groups visiting, say, a trade fair at EXPO Kraków or a conference at ICE Kraków or Tauron Arena, we bring in a 20-seat van or, for bigger groups, an autokar for up to around 50 people. Every vehicle is air-conditioned, which matters a lot during summer meetings when guests arrive straight from the airport and don't want to show up at a client's office exhausted and overheated.
Another advantage of working with a local Kraków carrier is route knowledge that a national chain simply doesn't have. We know which streets around the Old Town get closed for events, where parking is realistic near Kraków Business Park on Opolska, how long it actually takes to reach the SEZ zones in Niepołomice, Zabierzów or Skawina during rush hour, and which hotels near Rondo Mogilskie or Rondo Grunwaldzkie are easiest for a 6 a.m. pickup. This local knowledge is what keeps a tight delegation schedule from falling apart.
Punctuality on a business trip isn't about luck — it's about preparation. Before every delegation we confirm the full day's schedule with the client, not just the first pickup point, so the driver can plan realistic buffers between stops. We track flight status in real time for airport transfers from Balice and Pyrzowice, so a delayed landing doesn't m
